John Rundell
John is the Founder and Partner of JR&Co. He is our lead Arbitrator and Mediator accepting direct appointments. John has been nominated and appointed by The Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators, The Chartered Institute of Accountants, and the Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
Suwai Hoh
Suwai has held senior positions in merchant/investment banking and corporate advisory firms including JP Morgan, Capel Court Investment Bank, Ferrier Hodgson Corporate Advisory and CH Securities, as well as with KPMG Consulting.
Cheryll Thelan
Cheryll has held senior positions in public sector in finance area, including working as a Chief Financial Officer. She is experienced in risk management, system design and implementation, financial management and business analysis including, reporting, enterprise performance measurement, process improvement, and project management.
David Martin-Woodgate
David has over 20 years of experience in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces working with communication technology and counter-cyber terrorism and 6 years in the private sector where he has focused on conducting forensic collection and investigation locally and globally.
